As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Rounds in Renton, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. By conducting routine patrols and remaining highly visible, you contribute to a secure environment where teamwork, integrity, and a caring culture are at the forefront of everything we do.

Pay Rate : $22.50 / Hour

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and activities during shifts.

Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management as required.

Remain alert to any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
