DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING CLERK – RADIOLOGY

Per Diem position located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, Ca.

Reporting to the Director of Diagnostic Imaging and to assist the director, patients and other department personnel in achieving a smooth flow or written and verbal communication between physicians, patients and the Diagnostic Imaging Department. To help achieve departmental goals and objectives as they relate to optimum patient care.

The tradition of caring that culminated in the establishment of Corona Regional Medical Center® began in 5, with the founding of Corona Community Hospital. Since that time the hospital has changed to meet the needs of the rapidly growing community. Corona Community Hospital merged with Circle City Medical Center in 2 and the resulting entity became Corona Regional Medical Center. The merged hospitals are now a -bed community hospital network comprised of a -bed acute care hospital and a -bed rehabilitation campus. It is certified by The Joint Commission, employs more than 1, trained healthcare workers and has a medical staff of approximately physicians representing more than specialties.

Qualifications

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENC

• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Clerical, typing and computer experience.
• Experience in dealing with sick and elderly patients preferred.
