SUMMARY

This role leads all accounting and financial operations for a growing, private equity-backed company operating in a regulated, technical services environment. The Controller owns financial reporting, controls, budgeting, and cash management while serving as a trusted partner to senior leadership. This is a hands-on role in a stable but evolving organization within the electrical utility products segment.

• Have strong technical accounting skills and can apply GAAP confidently across complex transactions and reporting needs.
• Enjoy owning the full close, budgeting, and forecasting process while improving accuracy and timeliness.

• Can communicate financial information clearly to non-financial leaders and provide steady guidance to leadership.

WHAT YOU GET :

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU'LL NEED :

A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 7 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including leadership over full-cycle accounting. Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior accounting leader is required; CPA, CMA, or MBA credentials are strongly preferred.
