Job Title : Packaging Associate Shift : 2nd Shift 2 : 15pm-10 : 45pm

Pay Rate : $17.85

Summary

The Packaging Associate is responsible for general warehouse duties

General Duties and Responsibilities :

• Adheres to proper cGMP’s including good housekeeping, proper protection of product quality and integrity, and personal hygiene.
• Reads and understands written instructions and SOPs.
• Removes finished product from the conveyor and packages according to Master Batch Record guidelines.
• Palletizes boxes.
• Loads empty containers onto a bottle unscrambler or infeed turntable.
• Supplies packaging components to the Packaging Line Specialist.
• Clears left over components from packaging equipment.
• Cleans windows and window sills within the assigned area of operation.
• Sweeps / Vacuums assigned area of operation.
• Mops area of operation.
• Assist members of the Quality Control department in releasing the next batch run.
• Opens boxes and takes out bulk bottles for Lot Number and Expiration Date validation by a member of the Quality Control department.
• Cuts down boxes for disposal.
• Wipes down carts with alcohol.
• Assist other teams.
• Performs other packaging-related duties as assigned.
