Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement organization development strategies aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with global leaders to identify organizational challenges and enhance learning programs
Lead change management initiatives and mentor a team of learning and development professionals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred
8-10 years of experience in organization development and learning & development
Proven experience in designing and implementing organizational development initiatives
Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics
Experience with organizational assessment tools and learning management systems is a plus
