This role involves maintaining a clean and organized work environment, managing parts inventory, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring that all facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to perform routine maintenance tasks while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Location :

• Tampa, Florida (KTPA) Schedule : Part-Time, flexible hours with occasional after-hours as needed Key Responsibilities : Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hangar, office spaces, restrooms, and break areas.
• Sweep floors and take out trash regularly to ensure a neat work environment.
• Assist with the receiving and shipping of parts and packages, ensuring proper inventory and organization.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as light bulb replacement, wall retouching, and minor repairs.
• Stock and maintain supplies of snacks, drinks, and dry goods in the hangar and office spaces.
• Support the parts manager with inventory control, including restocking and placing orders for consumables and parts.
• Assist with deliveries, ensuring parts are handled and stored correctly.
• Perform daily shop walks to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and customers to maintain a professional and courteous atmosphere.
