Under general direction of the Vice President of Network & Access, The Senior Director of Network Engineering is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of enterprise networking across cloud environments and on-premises data centers. This role will ensure the stability, scalability, and security of network infrastructure to support business-critical applications. Additionally, the Senior Director will lead network integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless connectivity and alignment with organizational goals. The Senior Director of Network Engineering will work closely with IT leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive innovative solutions, optimize network performance, and enable the organization's digital transformation initiatives.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities :

Business and IT Strategy :

• Works with internal and external customers to understand business needs.
• Contributes to the development of an IT strategy.
• Manages the development and implementation of IT initiatives to support business strategy.
• Collaborates with division directors across the organization and key stakeholders for the coordination and alignment of objectives and functions across multiple functional areas.
