We are looking for full-time clerical / data entry professionals in Lewisville, TX. 1st, 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts available! Applicants MUST go through an extensive background check, including credit, fingerprinting and a 4-panel drug screen.

This is a long-term, temporary position (with the possibility of being hired on perm) with an industry-leading financial and banking company. Because of the secure nature of items you’d be handling, no phones or smart watches will be permitted in work spaces.

Schedules

1st Shift : Mon-Fri, 7am-3 : 30pm; $20 / hr

2nd Shift : Mon-Fri, 3pm-11 : 30pm; $22 / hr

3rd Shift : Mon-Fri, 12am – 6 : 15am (this is only 30 hours / week); $23 / hr

4th Shift (Weekend) : Fri-Mon, 7am-5 : 30pm or Sat-Sun, 7am-5 : 30pm; $22 / hr

LOCATION : Lewisville, 75067 (this job is 100% in-person) BASIC JOB DUTIES : Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience. Specifically, expediting the processing of payments for increased customer satisfaction.

• Accept paper-based payments and input digitally for accounts receivable to process.
• Expedite collection of payments that are mailed in.
• Advance posting of payment information, to ensure customers are seeing deposits to accounts quickly.
• Coordinate with other operations departments to research and resolve customer inquiries.
• Utilize training to make routine decisions and proper courses of action based on standards and policies set forth.
• Ensure workload is completed as outlined in departmental procedures and policies.
• Provide training to new and existing employees.
• Participate in evaluations, coaching, and counseling sessions of front-line associates.
