Technical Program Manager

Required Skills : Technical Project Manager with strong communication skills and experience in Java API. Plan and manage related technology projects from inception through successful delivery. Possess a deep understanding of design approaches and technologies used in the area. Focus on customer experience, build and delivery processes, and problem-solving. Work across multiple scrum teams, aligning dependent organizations and mitigating blocking issues. Coordinate directly with external technology providers and customers. Understand business and technical requirements for solutions being built and support engineers and operations teams. Recognize complex designs and propose simplified solutions by collaborating with software design engineers and TPMs. Help customers and engineering teams make trade-off decisions by considering business goals, platform strategy, customer experience, and maintainability; identify and resolve blocking issues. Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels; write documentation as required. Partner with industry vendors on implementation plans and roadmaps, identifying opportunities to increase development velocity. Communicate project issues and status concisely and accurately to senior leadership, escalating when appropriate. Monitor progress, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and optimize processes across teams. Regularly review metrics and proactively seek improved data and mechanisms for visibility, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. We are an equal opportunity employer.
