Finance and Accounting Director

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client team to ensure value and insights are delivered

Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, expense management, and payroll

Lead monthly client meetings, provide insights, and coach management on metrics usage and departmental management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm

Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus

Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and / or CPA license preferred

Experience successfully revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
