Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist (8 years) to drive insights and strategies that enhance customer success and retention. This role combines advanced analytics with business acumen to optimize customer experience reduce churn and identify growth opportunities. You will leverage SQL QlikSense and ad-hoc analysis to deliver actionable insights for customer-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer behavior usage patterns and engagement metrics to identify trends and predict churn.
- Develop dashboards and reports in QlikSense to visualize KPIs for Customer Success teams.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer strategic questions and support decision-making.
- Build and maintain scalable SQL queries and data pipelines for customer success metrics.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers Product and Engineering to design data-driven strategies.
- Create predictive models for churn upsell and customer health scoring.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in clear actionable formats.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8 years of experience in data science or analytics roles.Strong proficiency in SQL for complex queries and data manipulation.Hands-on experience with QlikSenseExpertise in statistical analysis experimentationAbility to perform ad-hoc analysis and communicate findings effectively.Strong business understanding of Customer Success metrics (e.g. churn NPS retention).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications
