Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in talent research, executive search, or sourcing
Proven ability to create talent maps and organizational charts for technical or executive roles
Experience with sourcing / research tools such as LinkedIn Insights and Airtable
Analytical mindset with the capability to derive insights from data
Experience in research related to blockchain, crypto security, or fintech is a plus
