Job Description Summary : A primarily customer service position working at the front desk at the Cell Center Stockroom to receive customers, fill orders as needed, and do data entry. Occasionally may be asked to support with receiving or delivery as needed.

Job Description :

• Provide customer service to walk in customers and phone calls.
• Fill customer orders from inventory
• Assist and follow up on customer issues as they arise
• Assist in data entry or paper filing for record keeping as needed
• Substitute as need to make walking Cell Center deliveries to researchers in laboratories across campus
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications : High School Grad / GE Degree and 1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Pay Range : $16.83 - $17.00 Hourly Rate
