JOB SUMMARY :
RGRTA has continually invested in new technologies related to its scheduling software, asset management, paratransit software, and operational workforce management platform. This software is critical to the success of daily operations.
The focus of the technical responsibilities of this position will be on developing and maintaining these in-house applications across the organization, utilizing current development languages and techniques. There will be a heavy emphasis on data reporting, analysis and supporting various departments that utilize the software. Additionally, this role shall also ensure the use of best practices, adhere to any regulatory compliance requirements, employ change management control, supervise development lifecycle practices, develop policies and safeguard the security and integrity of assigned systems.

REPORTS TO : Manager of Technical Systems Support
COMPENSATION : $68,000 to $75,000annually (depending on experience)
