As a CIB Securities Services Ops - Business Analyst, Associate within our dynamic business transformation team, you will deliver high-quality analytics and automation use cases that support decision-making and process optimization. You will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions using digital tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders, translating complex information for diverse audiences. Your work will help drive innovation and efficiency across the firm. • Implement automation solutions using no-code / low-code platforms such as Alteryx and Tableau
• Lead and support transformation projects, managing multiple workstreams independently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
• Translate technical and non-technical information clearly for diverse audiences
• Proactively identify business needs and propose actionable recommendations
