About the RoleAs a Technical Support Specialist, youll be the steady hand that ensures our operations run without disruption. Youll manage daily workflows, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and step in to complete in-person verification tasks when needed. This role is ideal for someone whos highly detail-oriented, enjoys working with established processes, and can stay calm and focused under time-sensitive conditions.
