Clinical Nurse II - Infectious Disease / Secure Unit

As a Clinical Nurse II, you will play a key role in assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, implementing, and managing the needs of assigned patients throughout their care journey.

In this position, you will focus on :

• Driving progress toward discharge and supporting transitions within the acute care setting.
• Delivering and coordinating compassionate, high-quality patient care with your caregiving team.
• Ensuring that our patients, referring facilities, and hospital staff receive exceptional service in various settings, including inpatient, ambulatory, and community care.

The expected salary range for this position is $83,200.00 - $93,184.00, with hourly rates between $34.65 and $35.69.
