[job_card.job_description]Supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians Survey building conditions and mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards. Serve as the first point of contact for maintenance staff for advice, assistance, or problem solving Find solutions to emergent issues Inspect work of staff Coordinate maintenance team assistance as required for properties with deferred maintenance or needed assistance attend lease-up / rehab punch lists and inspections at request of development team and assist with transitioning the property from construction to the maintenance staff oversight Possesses proven experience as maintenance technician Effective communication skills at a leadership level Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems Posses knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Working Knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices Maintain manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Possesses effective computer literacy skills, including software in Microsoft Possesses the ability to lift up to 100 lbs
