Marketing Coordinator

Title : Marketing Coordinator

Location : Rockville MD (On-Site)

We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to help strengthen our brand presence build partnerships and enhance community engagement through social media events and professional networks. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to learn grow and represent our organization at industry events.

• Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns and social media strategies (LinkedIn X Instagram etc.).
• Manage coordination of conferences tradeshows and networking events.
• Create marketing materials (flyers posts newsletters etc.) in collaboration with design / communications teams.
• Drive social media content calendar and analytics to track engagement.
• Support proposal and BD teams by maintaining corporate capability decks and marketing collateral.
• Research and identify partnership and visibility opportunities within the GovCon / Health IT community.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience (internships or part-time roles acceptable).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in representing the organization externally.
• Proficiency with social media platforms Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Self-starter with enthusiasm for learning and collaborating across teams.
