Job Title : Special Education Teacher

Job Type : Full-Time | School-Year Contract

Pay Range : 42-45 / Hour

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide differentiated instruction tailored to each student’s strengths, needs, and goals
• Adapt curriculum and materials to meet a range of learning abilities
• Manage and monitor student progress using data-driven strategies and ongoing assessment
• Support behavioral, social, and emotional growth through positive intervention and structured classroom management
• Collaborate regularly with general education teachers, therapists, administrators, and families
• Maintain compliance with IDEA, state, and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and school events
