We're looking for a Senior Manager of Benefits who's ready to lead with strategy, purpose, and heart. In this critical leadership role, you'll oversee the design, execution, and optimization of Caliber's health & welfare programs ensuring they're compliant, competitive, and aligned with our teammates' needs.

This is more than a benefits role it's an opportunity to influence strategy at scale and make a meaningful impact on the lives of thousands of teammates every day.

What You'll Do

• Lead the strategic design and management of Caliber's health and welfare programs.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional leaders to align benefits, policies and program with company goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of passionate benefits professionals.
• Drive compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and state / federal leave laws.
• Strengthen relationships with consultants, vendors and carriers to ensure top-tier service delivery.
