JOB SUMMARY

This position performs service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting. Also able draft proposals and close HVAC sales.

JOB DUTIES

• Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Manages the sales process from initial contact to closing, including preparing proposals and negotiating contracts
• Collaborates with installation team to ensure proper setup and functioning of HVAC systems post-sale
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
• Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Wears floor savers while in the client's home
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
• Maintains relationships with clients, offering post-sales support, and addressing any concerns or follow-up needs.
• Generates 5 star reviews with excellent customer service and technical skills

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ Years of experience in HVAC Installations
• 3+ Years of experience in HVAC Service
• 1+ years of Experience HVAC Sales
• Must have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
• NATE certification preferred
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record.
• Must have basic HVAC hand tools. (Specialty tools provided by company)

Compensation: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
