Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve general and complex client inquiries, ensuring permanent resolution
Maintain and monitor client relationships, assessing strengths and opportunities for improvement
Document all client interactions and report issues to appropriate team members for resolution
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
High School diploma / GED or equivalent required
Associate's Degree or post-secondary education required
Knowledge of Customs requirements, procedures, and regulations
Experience in customs brokerage preferred
