Key Responsibilities
Lead the Sales Team in following sales methodology and best practices while ensuring proper use of the CRM system
Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to Account Executives on prospecting techniques and account management
Conduct periodic business reviews and assess team performance, providing guidance and support for personal and professional development
Required Qualifications
Results-oriented mindset with a history of overachievement in leading teams in a hyper-growth startup environment
Proven understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud security
Basic knowledge of data security and compliance frameworks and their business impact
Experience managing CRM and opportunity management systems
