As a Bartender at Casa Tua, you will showcase creativity, precision, and hospitality while bringing our cocktail program to life.

Cocktail Servers are responsible for providing exceptional service, hospitality, and satisfaction to all guests while creating a memorable and engaging experience. They are expected to anticipate guest needs, offer personalized beverage recommendations, and maintain a refined understanding of the cocktail and wine program.

This position requires strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, attention to detail, and a polished sense of service. As the primary point of contact for guest interactions, the Cocktail Server ensures all drinks and small bites are served promptly, accurately, and with genuine warmth. They also serve as an ambassador for the brand—creating relationships with guests, gathering feedback, and representing the standards of excellence and professionalism expected at Casa Tua.

Responsibilities :

Greet guests promptly and warmly, offering beverage suggestions based on guest preferences.

Take cocktail and food orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.

Ensure all beverages are prepared to standard and delivered in a timely manner.

Maintain knowledge of cocktail ingredients, garnishes, and presentation standards.

Offer suggestions using upselling techniques for specialty cocktails, wine, and spirits.

Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by the service station assignment.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and lounge service areas.

Ensure guests are satisfied with their drinks and service; respond promptly and courteously to any requests.

Prepare and present guest checks, process payments, and handle cash / credit card transactions accurately.

Collaborate effectively with bartenders, hosts, and other servers to ensure seamless service.

Assist with table setups, resetting, and ensuring readiness for incoming guests.

Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

3+ years of restaurant experience in the hospitality industry; Private Member Club experience preferred.

Experience in high-end or Michelin-rated restaurant environments strongly preferred.

Proven cocktail or lounge service experience required.

Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings.

Outstanding guest service and communication skills.

Must be a team player and work well under pressure.

Professional presentation and a positive attitude.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

NYC Food Handlers Permit and TIPS certification preferred.
