[job_card.job_description]Perform routine and preventive maintenance in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas Lead and complete painting, drywall, and wall covering projects with a focus on quality and detail Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the Engineering workshop and work areas Assist in larger renovation or improvement projects under direction of the Director of Engineering Respond promptly and courteously to guest and team member maintenance requests Follow all hotel safety procedures, including Lockout / Tagout, MSDS, and PPE compliance High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum two (2) years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or engineering hotel experience preferred Hands-on expertise in painting, drywall repair, wall coverings, and plumbing required Basic knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, use ladders and tools safely, and work in indoor / outdoor conditions
