A company is looking for a Sales Consultant (ASO).
Key Responsibilities
Develop annual plans to achieve targets and manage a diverse portfolio of industries
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling to build a balanced pipeline
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through proposal development and closing deals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Typically 3+ years of B2B sales experience in relevant industries such as HCM, SaaS, or financial services
Proven experience in PEO, SaaS, HCM, or ASO preferred
Strong understanding of financial concepts for quantifying benefits for customers
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.com or comparable software
