With a net new revenue focus, they are the fuel for Workdays new customer growth. This fantastic team of hardworking professionals play a key role in guiding new customers on a journey that can see them leave the limitations of legacy platforms behind and move forward with a new class of enterprise management cloud. As a team, we believe that partnering with our customers to craft relevant solutions that deliver long lasting value is super important. In this role, you will : / pulliDrive complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales support / liliUtilize consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and Executive sponsors / liliDevelop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory / liliProvide input to product strategy and build partnership with senior leadership / liliMaintain accurate and timely customer / prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data / li / ulh3About You / h3pBasic Qualifications : / pulli8+ years of experience selling SaaS / Cloud based ERP / HCM / Financial / Planning / or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position. / lili8+ years experience collaborating with internal teams (pre-sales, value, inside sales) to achieve quota and run multiple deals at once / lili8+ years experience managing long sales cycles end to end and nurturing the relationship throughout / lili8+ years experience forming strong relationships with key stakeholders at the executive level within both existing and new business units; while sharing Workday value propositions / li / ulpOther Qualifications : / pulliUnderstanding of the strategic competitive landscape by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday solutions within accounts / liliAble to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders / liliHave and able to lead all aspects of the sales cycle with the ability to uncover, qualifying, developing, and closing new, white-space territories and accounts / liliExperience partnering with internal team members on account strategies for short and long term prospecting and territory management / liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills / li / ulpWorkday Pay Transparency Statement : / ppThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
