How you create impact

The Sea Logistics Pricing Manager plays a critical role in driving pricing strategy for Full Container Load (FCL) and Less-than-Container Load (LCL) products across the U.S. market. This position supports national revenue targets and aligns with our long-term strategic vision. You’ll lead a high-performing team, work closely with Sales, Trade Managers, and Business Operations, and take ownership of key initiatives including profitability optimization, carrier allocation management, and agile responses to evolving market conditions.

• Lead the Detroit-based pricing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Develop and execute pricing strategies across trade lanes, clients, and regions for both FCL and LCL products
• Manage GP yield, carrier allocation, and market performance in alignment with national and global objectives
• Oversee responses to regional RFQs and spot pricing requests, ensuring speed and accuracy
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Managers, and Business Units to support customer retention and acquisition
• Monitor market trends and carrier performance to inform strategic decisions
• Drive process optimization, including pricing portal development and global tool integration
• Represent pricing expertise in client meetings, pipeline reviews, and internal training sessions
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives at the national and area level
