Cash Applications Reconciliation Specialist

Cintas is seeking a Cash Applications Reconciliation Specialist to support our Centralized Cash Application department. Responsibilities include performing daily reconciliation measures related to payment process flow; validation of correct accounting across all cash general ledgers and clearing accounts; creating reports summarizing cash flow and analysis; working with the Treasury Operations team to ensure timely reconciliation of all accounts; collaborating with leadership to deliver findings, analysis, and results; working with banks to ensure timely reporting and correction of all bank related issues, always staying aligned with company policies and procedures.

Skills / Qualifications Required :

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma / GED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet / internet
• Ability to work overtime and / or Saturdays when required due to business volume
