IT Project Specialist
The employee shall provide project management services towards facilitating the successful execution of IT programs, projects, and initiatives. ITSO IMT is responsible for managing multiple IT projects / initiatives across the organization using the Agile and Waterfall methodology. The employee must utilize their IT expertise coordinating project / initiative activities, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with ITSO goals and objectives. The employee shall collaborate closely with project / initiative managers and cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop project / initiative plans, and establish timelines and milestones.
Additionally, the employee shall monitor project / initiative resources and risks, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
The Employee shall perform the following :
- Coordinate project / initiative activities and timelines to ensure alignment with objectives and organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project / initiative team members and AOUSC offices.
- Maintain project / initiative documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant records.
- Monitor project / initiative deliverables to ensure that they meet quality standards and fulfill requirements.
- Provide written recommendations on Government drafts of executive summaries and briefings.
- Provide recommendations and input on other content and presentations.
