Job Title : Production Assembler - Shock Assembly Job Description
Join our dynamic team at a shock assembly plant where you will use hand and power tools to build shocks for various Polaris equipment, including ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles. This role involves working on a production line, following written work instructions to assemble shocks. While the assembly process is straightforward, it requires working at a fast pace to meet daily quotas.
Responsibilities
Assemble shocks using hand and power tools based on written work instructions.
Work efficiently on a production line to meet daily assembly quotas.
Lift and maneuver items up to 50 pounds.
Utilize mechanical skills to ensure quality assembly.
Collaborate with team members in close quarters to achieve production targets.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Essential Skills
3-6 months of experience using hand and power tools in manufacturing, construction, energy, or automotive sectors.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to convey tasks and instructions.
Capability to work overtime regularly as required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with mechanical assembly processes and use of tape measures.
Experience working on assembly lines and manufacturing environments.

Work Environment
The work takes place in a manufacturing facility located in Riverside, CA, with a fast-paced production line environment. Employees work at long metal table stations in close quarters, utilizing fans due to the heat generated by power tools. The goal is to build 700 shocks a day until March, with production targets adjusting to 600 shocks in April. Dress code requires appropriate attire for working with power tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 / hr.
