Floor Care Specialists Position Overview: We are seeking skilled and highly exceptional Floor Care Specialists to join our EBS-4U team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. You must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, prolong standing, and frequent bending. Able to use and operate floor machines is critical. You must have reliable transportation and be able to work in Houston, TX (zip code 77030).
Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Naturalized Citizen and be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Unless otherwise specified, all personnel will be working 40 hours a week spread out to cover 7 days a week (Sun.-Sat.); including the eleven holidays observed by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The candidate shall generally perform all work between the hours of
6:00pm-5:00am

Qualifications:
Minimum Experience – Have at least two years’ experience as a janitor or Floor Care in a commercial/healthcare/industrial building or hotel/motel.
Minimum Education – High school diploma or equivalent; Sufficient to read, write and speak the English language.
