We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide the initial diagnosis and a comprehensive physical therapy services to patients of all ages, with a focus in initial evaluations and re-evaluations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
Master’s degree in physical therapy
Current state licensure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
