Key Responsibilities
Provide first-tier customer service support for inbound calls, addressing client needs and issues
Engage in active listening, confirm information, and research issues to provide solutions
Collaborate with other departments to resolve problems and advocate for customers
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or G.E.D
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Computer skills and familiarity with business applications and software
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
Capacity to troubleshoot basic technical issues and manage multiple tasks efficiently
