As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and clear communication, supporting a secure environment for employees and visitors. Pay Rate : $25.63 / Hour

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access in an aerospace and defense environment.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and maintenance needs as required by site protocols.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site personnel to address security-related concerns and support site operations.
  • Remain alert to unusual activities or situations and take appropriate action in accordance with established procedures.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • At least two years of security-related experience is required.
  • An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
