JOB SUMMARY :

As a Staff Change and Program Manager on the People & Places team at Intuit, you will play a crucial role in driving the realization of Intuit's strategic objectives by empowering and maximizing the potential of our workforce. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing high-quality program management plans and roadmaps, driving the execution across various workstreams, and fostering a culture of shared accountability and rapid delivery. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead transformative efforts in building manager capability, designing future workforce and workplace strategies, and revolutionizing our HR technology.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Develop and implement robust program management plans and roadmaps, setting and owning specific milestones.
  • Drive execution across different workstreams to deliver outcomes efficiently and with high velocity.
  • Understand the impact of changes across the organization and create tailored change management strategies.
  • Foster shared accountability by defining and managing effective operational mechanisms, tracking tools, and processes.
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain the team's execution speed and deliver on outcomes.

Must Have Skills

  • Expertise in Program and Change Management.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration capabilities.
  • Excellent strategic planning and communication skills.

    • Industry Experience :

  • Experience in HR or related fields is essential, with a particular focus on workforce and workplace innovation
