Responsibilities

Assist senior accountants with journal entries, general ledger reviews, and financial reporting.

Support monthly bank reconciliations and monitor property cash balances.

Help prepare financial packages for property managers and clients.

Research and document variances in financial statements.

Participate in property transitions, audits, and special accounting projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent coursework / experience)

OR

a minimum of four years related experience.

Strong Excel skills; Yardi or other accounting software experience a bonus.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
