Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and execution of a diverse portfolio of events aligned with sales and client success objectives
Oversee end-to-end event logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and onsite experience design
Develop success metrics for events and drive post-event reporting to connect engagement to business outcomes
Required Qualifications
Proven success in leading strategic B2B events with measurable impacts on pipeline and retention
Experience managing various event types, including summits and sponsorship activations
Ability to collaborate with Sales and senior leaders to align event goals and audience targeting
Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign coordination for measurable results
Experience in creating reusable content assets from events and collaborating cross-functionally
