As a post-acute care physician, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care while enjoying autonomy and work-life balance. Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $167,000 to $196,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible.

About the Role :

• Provide primary care services within a post-acute care setting, conducting rounds 3-4 days a week
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative care plans
• Take a proactive approach to patient care
