Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.
- Monitor inventory and manage food and supply costs.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive customer traffic.
