Senior Principal Software Engineer

Overview

Responsibilities

• Regularly tackle the largest and most complex problems on the team, from technical design to launch.
• Partner across engineering teams to take on company-wide initiatives spanning multiple projects.
• Routinely tackle complex architecture challenges and apply architectural standards, starting with new projects.
• Work with senior engineering and product leaders to build strategy and design solutions that earn customers’ trust and drive business results.
• Lead a large team of Principals to tackle broad, technically complex problems with a platform mindset.
• Collaborate across departments, linking technical solutions to business objectives and maintaining operational quality.

Team Context

Your Future Team : Cloud Access & Intelligence focuses on Unified Identity & Access Management (unifying identity and access management for Atlassian products) and Smart Portfolio of Agents (creating a suite of agents to boost productivity for Support Engineers, Administrators, and other personas).
