Supervising and mentoring State Registered Nursing Assistants (SRNAs) to foster teamwork and quality care. Attention to detail – You ensure residents receive top-quality, individualized care. Active KY Licensed Practical Nurse License 2-3 years of nursing experience in Skilled Nursing, Dementia Care, Short-Term Rehab, or Orthopedics preferred Familiarity with resident care plans and nursing protocols Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
