Administering medications, treatments, and IV fluids while ensuring accurate documentation. Communicating with residents and families, offering guidance and emotional support. Supervising and mentoring State Registered Nursing Assistants (SRNAs) to foster teamwork and quality care. A heart for serving seniors – You’re compassionate, patient, and committed to making a difference. A collaborative spirit – You thrive in a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail – You ensure residents receive top-quality, individualized care. Active KY Licensed Practical Nurse License 2-3 years of nursing experience in Skilled Nursing, Dementia Care, Short-Term Rehab, or Orthopedics preferred Familiarity with resident care plans and nursing protocols Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
