Nurse Mentor

Madrid Home is seeking a strong, organized, and caring Nurse Mentor to lead, guide, and inspire our team. This role supports our mission to provide exceptional care in a supportive, relationship-centered environment-especially within our dementia care neighborhoods.

What You'll Do

As a Nurse Mentor, you will :

• Provide direct nursing care, mentorship, and clinical support to staff at all levels
• Identify training needs and educate staff on infection control and prevention practices
• Lead and support the MDS process , including scheduling, reviewing, and transmitting assessments
• Supervise direct care staff and promote teamwork and consistency in resident care
• Administer medications and treatments and carry out physician orders accurately and compassionately
• Communicate effectively with physicians, supervisors, residents, and families to ensure continuity of care
