[job_card.job_description]Four days required mid-week Monday to Friday with the option to choose between 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm. (Some 10 am to 7 pm shifts might be requested, but not many) Option to work mid week only or on occasional Saturdays if preferred. If opting to work on a Saturday our client requests working either 8 : 00 am to 1 pm or 12 noon to 5 pm. No Sundays required. No on-call / out-of-hours required. Guaranteed pay for your first year of employment is negotiable and the employer has said for a Veterinarian confident to manage a busy diary they can expect to receive guaranteed pay of $200,000 (if not more) with realistic potential to achieve $250,000+ via production bonus pay Enjoy access to a thriving patient base, ideally suited to a high-performing DVM! NB : The employer operates a system of no production bonus clawback, and all products and services are included in the production calculation including refills and prescriptions, etc. Equity : Genuine option to receive equity in line with tenure in a multimillion turnover business! Paid Time Off is provided for 3 weeks plus public holidays Pension : Simple IRA account with 100% matching contribution from the employer up to 3%. $2,000 in subsidy for health care premium or coverage through BCBS. $2,000 or more of allowance for CE, DEA, membership dues, malpractice insurance – PLIT, etc. Free plane tickets for trips to conferences or vacations are awarded depending on availability. $1,000 quarterly allowance for personal pet care. $4,000 or more annually. 💼 With decades of experience in offering high-quality small animal medicine, our highly regarded client of choice is now seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join their team as they continue to see ever-increasing demand for much-valued services in the communities they serve.
NB : 2 years of experience is required as a minimum for this full-time position as our client is offering immediate access to an established diary, suitable for high producers!

🕘 What you will do :
Serving roughly 15-20 patients per day on average in a thriving small animal hospital setting. Please note a willingness to offer both internal medicine and routine soft tissue surgery is essential, but you will have the freedom as much as possible to gear your diary with a higher volume of surgery or consultations to suit your preferences as our client is keen to support your professional interests!
- Utilize superb hospital facilities including digital records, therapeutic laser, dedicated surgery suites, ultrasound, CryoPen, high-speed dental, and digital radiography. NB : The employer is also happy to invest in any equipment a new colleague feels would be of benefit to their work / their patients.
- Receive exceptional mentorship for your first 2 years and lifelong support to hone both your clinical and broader professional skillset via an award-winning team with over 100 years of combined experience, who can also offer exposure to more advanced surgical procedures.
