- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a thorough understanding of electrical codes and safety standards, as well as the ability to lead and mentor junior electricians.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and control systems.
- Interpret and work from technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
- Lead, guide, and train other electricians in proper procedures and techniques.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and inspections.
- Qualifications :
- Valid Master Electrician license in the state of Arkansas.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a licensed electrician, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
