Network Production Engineer Responsibilities

• Research, architect, develop and deploy scalable datacenter network architectures and related tooling.
• Work closely with our hardware, software and sourcing teams, and external vendors to develop new optical solutions and influence the future of networking and its associated infrastructure.
• Partner with our software teams to develop the tooling required to provision, manage, monitor and troubleshoot our networks.
• Develop automated network monitoring systems to mitigate and remediate network events.
• Analyze data to diagnose and identify root causes to network issues.
• Test new network products including both HW and SW and pilot them in production DC networks before a mass rollout.
• Develop test automation frameworks integrated in CI / CD pipeline to qualify network software before push in production.
• Develop tests that qualify complex network migration procedures in lab / emulation before executing the same in production.
• Participate in DC network on-call rotation.
