Outdoor Retail & Grounds Associate

Position Overview:

We're looking for a friendly, energetic Outdoor Retail & Grounds Associate to join our team! If you love working outdoors, enjoy helping customers, and don't mind getting your hands dirty, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with a local business!

Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist in selecting pottery and water features.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to complete purchases.
• Load, move, and arrange pottery and water features.
• Maintain the grounds and office, including repairs and landscaping.
• Deliver pottery and water features to customers.
• Assist in building water features and performing general handyman tasks.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, positive attitude with great communication skills.
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable and committed to maintaining scheduling commitments.
