Trainer

Job Description

The Trainer is expected to be very hands-on in Team Member training through the application of the 3 Step Training Process. This leader takes initiative and responsibility for the training of new and existing Team Members and has demonstrated mastery of each position in their given area. The Trainer utilizes frequent communication with the Team Leads regarding the status and development of Team Member training.

Job Responsibilities

Pursuing Mastery

• Upholding all Pathway procedures
• Training all new and existing Team Members
• Completing training checklists and preparing Team Members for Skill Evaluations
• Ensuring new Team Members complete Pathway material

Owning The Numbers

• Achieving successful training benchmarks of new or existing Team Members each month
• Following up on failed skill evaluations
• Tracking personal performance regarding failed and successful trainings

Helping Others Win

• Continuously training and coaching all Team Members on proper Pathway procedures
• Continuously coaching Team Members on the critical behaviors of the 4 Focus Areas
• Reporting areas of opportunity of new and existing Team Members to Team Leads

Skills & Requirements

The Trainer must meet the following requirements:

• Positive attitude
• Exhibit the Core 4 with the Guest and team
• Teamwork
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent training and coaching skills
• Thorough understanding of all standard operating procedures pertaining to area of responsibility
• Pass all Skill Evaluations pertaining to area of responsibility
• Must be available at least 5:45 AM - 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM. any day of the week.

Reporting Structure

Trainers report directly to the Team Leads.

• Full Time = Greater than 32 hours per week.

Salary : $20 to $22 per hour
